BRADLEY PHARMACEUTICALS SEES 2004 AUDIT COMPLETED IN JAN.

Bradley Pharmaceuticals Inc. (BDY.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday said it expects the audit of its financial results for 2004 will be completed in January, allowing it to file its 2004 annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission by about Jan. 31. The company last February had delayed the filing of its 2004 results after the SEC had launched an inquiry related to revenue recognition and capitalization of certain payments.
