AKZO NOBEL SIGNS PHARMACEUTICALS DISTRIBUTION DEAL WITH BRAZIL'S CRISTALIA

Akzo Nobel NV said it has signed a pharmaceuticals distribution deal with Brazilian company Cristalia on behalf of its Organon division. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Akzo Nobel's Organon will sell and distribute anaesthesia produced by Cristalia Lab to a number of countries in Latin America and the Middle East, Akzo Nobel said.
