DISHMAN PHARMA ACQUIRES SWISS COMPANY

Dishman Pharmaceuticals today announced the acquistion of a Bern-based contract research company through its wholly-owned Switzerland-based subsidiary Dishman Switzerland. Dishman phrama has acquired 51 per cent shares with voting rights of IO3S Ltd from its present owner with a right to take over the balance 49 per cent stake at the same negotiated price within 12 to 18 months, the company informed the BSE.
