Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals has announced that FDA has approved the sale of Cefprozil tablets.

Cefprozil is an antibiotic in a class of drugs called cephalosporins. Cefprozil fights bacteria in the body. It is used to treat many different types of bacterial infections such as bronchitis, tonsillitis, ear infections, and skin infections.
