GLENMARK TO RAISE USD 30 MN VIA FCCBS

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals today said it has launched a foreign currency convertible bond (FCCB) to raise 30 million dollars. The bonds, launched after close of trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange last evening, are convertible into the ordinary shares of the company at the option of the bondholder, the company said, adding the bonds are expected to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
