SWISS MEDICA CONFIRMS RECORD NET REVENUES IN EXCESS OF US$2 MILLION IN FOURTH QUARTER

Swiss Medica, Inc. is pleased to announce that net revenues for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2005 will be in excess of US$2 million. This revenue level is in line with the updated guidance that was given in the press release dated October 19, 2005. Fiscal 2005 revenues will be in excess of US$6.3 million. Swiss Medica will announce final fourth quarter net revenues and other fourth quarter operating highlights by January 13th, 2006
