StarInvest Group, Inc., on January 24, 2006 New Life Scientific, a Portfolio company of StarInvest declared a 1.1 to 1 forward stock split of the Company's common stock. Each shareholder of record at the close of business on January 25, 2006, will receive 1.1 shares for every share held on the record date. The split will require any existing shareholder to tender their current shares in order to receive their forward split shares.
