IMMTECH ANNOUNCES PRICING OF COMMON STOCK OFFERING

Immtech International, Inc. today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $8.00 per share. The gross proceeds to the Company are expected to be $16 million. The offering is being made pursuant to a shelf registration statement that was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 7, 2006. The Company granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase an additional 300,000 shares to cover over-allotments.
