CABG MEDICAL TO BE SOLD OR DISSOLVED

The Plymouth-based medical technology company has engaged Minneapolis-based investment bank Goldsmith Agio Helms to assist the company's board of directors in identifying and evaluating its strategic alternatives. If the company cannot find a suitable buyer, it plans to distribute its assets, including cash and investments, to shareholders.
