DRAXIS HEALTH REPORTS FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR END 2005 RESULTS

DRAXIS Health Inc. reported financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2005 to post the sixth consecutive year of increased revenues from product sales plus record operating cash flows for the fourth quarter and all of 2005, despite an extended shutdown period in the third quarter that impacted earnings performance during the second half of 2005. All amounts are expressed in US dollars.
