FALCO BIOSYSTEMS TO ACQUIRE SHIDA-IKEN

Falco biosystems has signed an agreement with Shida-Iken,a clinical laboratory testing company in Shizuoka, whereby the former will acquire the latter as its wholly owned subsidiary. Under the agreement terms, the two companies will conclude a share transfer agreement on February 21 and complete the transaction on March 22.
