PERRIGO COMPANY ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The Perrigo Company today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0425 per share, payable on March 21, 2006 to shareholders of record on February 24, 2006.
