LUPIN TO SNAP U.S. DRUG DISTRIBUTION DEAL

Indian drug maker Lupin Ltd. said on Tuesday that its U.S.-based subsidiary, Lupin Pharmaceutical Inc., would end an agreement with Cornerstone Biopharma Inc. for the distribution of its antibiotic Suprax. Cornerstone is a co-promoter of the drug in the United States.
