PROVALIS GETS SALE DEAL TO RAISE CASH

Shareholders in Deeside-based healthcare company Provalis have approved the £10.5m sale of its pharmaceutical arm in a move that will give the company cash to enhance a medical diagnostic product. Kogen Ltd, an independently-managed pharmaceutical company affiliated to Northern Ireland-based Galen Ltd, is acquiring assets of Provalis Healthcare Ltd which had a portfolio of products.
