HAFFKINE BIO-PHARMA PLANS TO SET UP JOINT VENTURE COMPANY

The Maharashtra State-owned Haffkine Bio-Pharmaceutical Corporation Limited (HBPCL) today said that it is planning to set up a joint venture company. "For the Rs 40 crore new venture, the PSU will issue equity shares of Rs 20 crore. The remaining Rs 20 crore will be shared equally by both the partners," HBPCL chairman, Dr Ravi Bapat said here today.
