Medicines Co. swung to a loss from a profit in the fourth quarter on lower revenue.In a news release, the pharmaceutical company said it had a loss of $5.1 million or 10 cents a share in its latest quarter, compared with a profit of $ 4.7 million or 9 cents a year earlier
