DJ ORTHOPEDICS AGREES TO AIRCAST BUY

Medical device company DJ Orthopedics Inc. said Monday that it agreed to buy Aircast Inc. for about $290 million in cash in a move that will double the company's international business. The company expects to close the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval, by March 30.
