DRUG-PRODUCT COMPANY TO PLACE $11M IN STOCK

The Exton, Pa., company will sell 8.77 million shares of its common stock to a group of accredited investors at $1.25 per share. In addition, investors will receive warrants to buy 6.58 million shares of common stock at an exercise price of $1.50 per share.
