SCHERING RESTRUCTURES OVERSEAS UNITS

Schering-Plough Corp. said Tuesday it reorganized its pharmaceutical businesses in Europe, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region in a move the drug maker said would allow it to better manage growth in those markets. Schering said it split its Europe-based organization into two parts. The first unit will oversee operations in certain parts of Western Europe and Canada.
