MEDICIS ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2005 QUARTER-END CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

Medicis today announced it expects to report December 2005 quarter-end financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, March 15, 2006. Medicis will host a conference call at 5:15 p.m. Eastern Time (2:15 p.m. Pacific Time) to review the December 31, 2005 quarter-end financial results, as well as provide an update on other business matters of the Company.
