CARDIAC RHYTHM TEAM ANNOUNCED BY BOSTON SCIENTIFIC

Boston Scientific has announced that will set up a leadership team for the new Cardiac Rhythm Management Group which will become part of the company following the acquisition of Guidant expected to take place the first week of April.

Guidant's Cardiac Rhythm Management operations will become part of Boston Scientific's new team upon closing of the acquisition.
