SIGMA'S FLAMING ARROW FIRES 15PC GROWTH

SIgma Pharmaceuticals said yesterday that it was confident of achieving 15 per cent underlying growth in the coming year after reporting a 79 per cent jump in annual profits to $104.8 million. Shares in the drug maker and distributor rose 7c to $2.57 after the company said its earnings in the current financial year would be driven by its 2005 merger with generic drugs company Arrow.
