KOBAYASHI PHARMACEUTICAL SETS UP NEW SUBSIDIARY IN GERMANY

Kobayashi Pharmaceutical announced on March 17 that it has established Kobayashi Healthcare Germany, GmbH, in Germany as of February 20. Capitalized at 974,000 euros, the new subsidiary will promote Kobayashi's proprietary healthcare products and consolidate its presence in the European market, starting on April 10.
