MYLAN DECLARES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND OF $.06 PER SHARE

Mylan Laboratories Inc. announced today that the regular quarterly cash dividend of $.06 per share will be payable on April 17, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2006.
