PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES TOUT NEW PROGRAM

Assistance is a phone call away for uninsured Arkansans unable to afford prescription drug bills, supporters of a new national program said Wednesday.
A coalition of pharmaceutical companies is sponsoring a bus tour through Arkansas to increase participation in the Partnership for Prescription Assistance program, which started last April. The tour stopped in Little Rock on Wednesday.
