HOLMES HERBS, INC.: RESEARCH CONTRACT FOR MERCK PHARMACEUTICALS

Holmes Herbs, Inc. announced today that its clinical research subsidiary, Qualia Clinical Service Inc. ("Qualia"), has been awarded a clinical research contract from Merck & Co., Inc. The contract relates to research on a human papiloma virus study for an upcoming Vaccine.
