MANUFACTURING OUTPUT DIPS IN FEBRUARY

UK manufacturing output fell in February after three months of consecutive rises as chemical and pharmaceutical groups reined back production.

The Office for National Statistics said manufacturing output fell 0.2% in February against expectations of a rise of 0.2%. Over the last twelve months factory output is down 1.4%
