The aneurysm in the middle of Judy Sisco Peaks' brain looked like a small bubble bulging from her artery. Dr. Kuo Chao, an interventional neuroradiologist at Westchester Medical Center, watched a magnified picture of the aneurysm on a monitor yesterday as he very slowly and gently pushed a piece of platinum wire through the artery into the bubble.
