CYTODYN, INC. AND UTEK CORPORATION ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC ALLIANCE AGREEMENT

UTEK Corporation, the technology transfer company, and CytoDyn, Inc., a development stage biotechnology company, announced the signing of a strategic alliance agreement. Allen D.
