CARDINAL GETS RENEWAL OF U.S. NAVY SUPPLY DEAL

Cardinal Health Inc. will continue its service with the U.S. Navy. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia said it exercised a $12.9 million option on a pharmaceutical vending contract with the Dublin-based company. Cardinal Health (NYSE:CAH) will be the prime pharmaceutical vendor for the routine Navy fleet and the USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy hospital ships.
