JOHNSON & JOHNSON ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND INCREASE

Johnson & Johnson recently announced that its Board of Directors has declared a 13.6% increase in the quarterly dividend rate, from $.33 per share to $.375 per share. The increase was announced this morning at the Annual Shareholders Meeting in New Brunswick, NJ.
