ARTHROCARE REPORTS RECORD REVENUES OF $62.5 MILLION FOR THE FIRST QUARTER

ArthroCare Corp., a multi-business medical device company that develops minimally invasive surgical products, announced today financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006. First quarter product revenues were $60.3 million, a 26 percent increase over the $47.8 million recorded in the same quarter of the previous year.
