CELSION CORPORATION ANNOUNCES PATENT INFRINGEMENT SUIT

Celsion Corporation announced on Thursday that it has received notice that American Medical Systems Inc. filed suit against it for infringement of AMS' patents entitled "Urethral Inserted Applicator for Prostate Hypothermia" and "Therapeutic Prostatic Thermotherapy."
