SUTURA DOUBLES SALES IN FIRST QUARTER 2006

Sutura, Inc., a California-based medical device company, announced today that sales of its patented SuperStitch vascular suturing device doubled in the first quarter of 2006. Worldwide sales of the SuperStitch were $243,111 in the first quarter of 2006, versus $110,742 in the three-month period ending December 31, 2005.
