BOSTON SCIENTIFIC, PARTNER WIN FDA OK

Boston Scientific Corp. and BioForm Medical Inc., report that the Food and Drug Administration has approved BioForm Medical's injectable implant for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. The companies also announced that they have signed an agreement giving Natick's Boston Scientific exclusive istribution rights for the implant in the United States.
