NYMOX REPORTS FIRST QUARTER 2006 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Nymox Pharmaceutical Corporation announced today its financial results for the first quarter of 2006. Nymox reported a net loss of $1,059,246 or $0.04 per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2006, compared to $957,677, or $0.04 per share for the same period in 2005. Product sales amounted to $95,259 for the first quarter of 2006, compared to $101,494 for the same period in 2005.
