VERITEC NAMES NEW CFO

Less than a month after exiting from Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Veritec has hired Gerald Fors as its new chief financial officer. Fors joins the security and barcode technology developer and manufacturer from Maple Grove-based Clarus Medical, a medical-device maker, where he was also CFO.
