UROPLASTY ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Uroplasty announced its board of directors has appointed David Kaysen as president and chief executive officer (CEO). Kaysen will also serve as a director of Uroplasty. Daniel Holman, chairman and interim president and CEO, will continue to serve as chairman.
