SOLUTIA REACHES AGREEMENT TO SELL PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES BUSINESS

Solutia Inc. today announced that its subsidiary, Solutia Europe SA/NV ("SESA"), has reached a definitive agreement to sell its Pharmaceutical Services business, comprised of CarboGen AG and AMCIS AG.
