WARNER CHILCOTT ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF EXCHANGE OFFER

Warner Chilcott Corporation today announced the successful completion of its offer to exchange its 8-3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015, which have been registered under the Securities Act, for its outstanding unregistered 8-3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015. The exchange offer expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Tuesday, May 23, 2006.
