CHINA BIOPHARMA RECEIVES APPROVAL FROM PRC REGULATORY AGENCY

Techedge, Inc. is pleased to announce that China BioPharma Limited, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, has received final approval from the PRC's (Peoples Republic of China) State Regulatory Agency for the investment of China BioPharma, into Zhejiang Tianyuan Biotech Co., Ltd. According to the approval, China BioPharma will have the direct ownership of 65% of Zhejiang Tianyuan Biotech Co., Ltd.
