NICOX SAYS PFIZER TO TAKE 3.55 PCT STAKE FOR 15 MLN EUR

NicOx SA said Pfizer Inc will take a 3.55 pct stake in the French pharmaceuticals developer for 15 mln eur. The investment forms part of a previously announced agreement between Pfizer and NicOx which grants Pfizer the exclusive right to apply NicOx''s proprietary nitric oxide-donating technology across the entire field of ophthalmology.
