SIF BANAT-CRISANA INCREASES STAKE IN BIOFARM

SIF Banat-Crisana reached a share of 10 per cent in the capital of the pharmaceutical company Biofarm, following several transactions carried on through the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). SIF Banat-Crisana previously held 35.6 million Biofarm shares, standing for 9.9 per cent, informs the financial investment company's communiqué sent to BVB.
