PHARMATEK ANNOUNCES RELOCATION OF COMPANY OPERATIONS IN DECEMBER 2006

Pharmatek Laboratories, Inc. today announced plans to relocate its San Diego-based operations to a larger facility in December 2006. Pharmatek -- a premier pharmaceutical chemistry development organization supporting the pharmaceutical industry -- will enter into a fifteen-year lease providing the company access to approximately 34,000 sq. ft. of laboratory and office space with the right to expand to 64,000 sq. ft.
