NOVADEL REPORTS THIRD FISCAL QUARTER RESULTS

NovaDel Pharma Inc. reported results for its third fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2006. For the three months ended April 30, 2006, the Company reported a net loss of $2.1 million, or $0.05 cents per share, compared to a net loss of $2.6 million, or $0.08 cents per share, in the same period last year. Increased research and development expenses in the third quarter of fiscal 2006 were driven by expenditures related to the development of the company's product pipeline.
