VITAL SIGNS ANNOUNCES NEW THREE-YEAR CONTRACT

Vital Signs, Inc. today announced it was awarded a three-year competitively bid multi-source supply agreement with the group purchasing division of Premier, Inc., Charlotte, NC. The agreement, effective August 1, 2006, includes Vital Signs' anesthesia breathing systems and related product lines.
