AFFYMETRIX AND INVITROGEN ENTER INTO LICENSING AGREEMENT

Affymetrix Inc. and Invitrogen Corporation announced today that Invitrogen has obtained a non-exclusive, worldwide license to a number of Affymetrix patents that will allow Invitrogen to manufacture and sell spotted nucleic acid microarrays in the research field.
