PAREXEL SIGNS JV WITH SYNCHRON RESEARCH

Parexel International Corporation, a biopharmaceutical outsourcing organizations, has entered into a joint venture (JV) arrangement with Synchron Research Services Private Limited, pursuant to which it purchased a majority stake in a newly formed entity called Parexel International Synchron Private Limited into which Synchron transferred its clinical trial business operations located in Bangalore, India.
