AMERISOURCEBERGEN UNIT TO BUY CANADIAN DISTRIBUTOR

AmerisourceBergen Corp. after Tuesday's closing bell said its AmerisourceBergen Canada Corp. subsidiary has agreed to buy Rep-Pharm Inc. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The pharmaceutical services company said it expects the acquisition "will not be material to earnings", adding that it plans to complete it by Sept. 30.
