FUJI'S DIGITAL MAMMOGRAPHY SYSTEM OK'D

Fujifilm Medical Systems said Tuesday its digital mammography system has been approved for the U.S. market. The company said the new Fuji Computed Radiography for Mammography system has been shown in a major study to be more effective than conventional film-screen mammography for detecting breast cancer in certain subgroups.
